MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINING & online training via facetime or zoom call

Working one on one together or in a group, I will develop work outs to your fitness level to achieve the results you are looking for. I will guide you through a program that focuses on proper exercise techniques and give you the knowledge to help you reduce injury and grow in confidence to improve your fitness. I will also assist with ensuring you are aware of the importance of proper nutrition practices to coincide with your training regime.

PROGRAMS DO NOT INCLUDE: Any Sports Training, Rehabilitation/Injury Recovery Training

Pricing information is listed openly and Krystal is happy to discuss which package would be best for you. And as always, your initial consultation and physical assessment are free!

POLICIES

 

PAYMENT

All packages must be paid in full before beginning the training session.

ATTIRE

Athletic clothing and indoor athletic footwear.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be provided for medical reasons (all amounts are prorated for the remaining sessions in your package).

CANCELLATION

Any sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or not attending a booked session will result in that session being charged at full price.

COMMUTING FEE

$10.00 commuting fee for mobile training service per session

MEDICAL SCREENING

All Personal Training clients must complete a medical screening questionnaire (PAR-Q) before the first session. On occasion a client may need to visit their physician or physiotherapist to complete additional screening forms. Any expenses incurred during this process are the responsibility of the client.

PACKAGE TYPES

In the event a training situation changes, clients may be required to change the training package they have purchased. For example, if training as a group of 2 and a group member drops out, the remaining client would need to be re-registered at the one on one package rate.

PACKAGE EXPIRY

All packages have a 12-month expiry date from the date of registration.
